What is spiritual growth and

        embodiment coaching

and what will it do for you?

We can live without religion and meditation, but we cannot survive without human affection  ~ Dalai Lama

Spiritual growth and embodiment coaching is an experiential process of learning how to authentically love and connect with yourself and others.  It emphasizes non-verbal methods that get you out of your head and into your body and heart so that you can express the affection that is innately within you.  Spiritual growth and embodiment coaching engages the physical, emotional and energy bodies and helps you become more aware of yourself as a whole being.  This results in much faster personal development than traditional talk therapy.

A typical Session includes relaxation techniques and exercises that teach you how to access your true self, open your heart and feel at ease sharing physical and emotional intimacy.

Close personal relationships enrich and bring  joy to our lives. Too often, we believe that we can only experience profound intimacy in our sexual relationships, and even there, it is sometimes lacking. In truth, we can enjoy sweet intimate connections with ourselves, our family and our friends, as well as with our lovers. This is an essential part of what makes life worth living.

In order to cultivate fulfilling, heartful connections, you must allow yourself to be vulnerable, to be truly seen and to open your heart. This takes courage. For many people this brings up fear so they shut down and put up armoring to protect themselves.

So we shop, drink, watch tv and basically ignore what we really want in order to distract ourselves from the fear and pain in our hearts where we crave authentic love.  We end up constricted and numb instead of living the joyful life we are meant to live.

If you have difficulty in connecting with others, or if your connections feel are not entirely satisfying , intimacy coaching helps you cultivate deeper, sweeter and healthier relationships.
