Yum is a very versatile word that describes all that is good and true and beautiful.  Anything that resonates with this frequency or vibration can be considered ‘yummy’.  It can be in the realm of form or formless.  It can be a thing, a person, an experience, or a feeling .  It always feels deeply nurturing and is an excellent navigational tool.  If it feels yummy, you’re on the right path.    But it’s not just hedonism.  It must be of high integrity, balanced and for the highest good of all.


Like love, words can point to it, but you must experience it to truly know it.  You know it when you feel it because it feels sooo timelessly delicious!
